In 005 AS027 AVL Agent User Guide (page 49) and 004 M2M0030FS126-AVL (page 19) in Digital Outputs Events chapters there is information:
"The AVL service also supports changing digital output lines state when an event state is changed. Each digital output line value when the associated event becomes active is defined in {DigOutActiveBitmap}."
But the fact is that digital outputs are swtiched to active (or inactive) before the specific state of terminal is obtained (no debounce).
In example: when Moving Debounce Time is set to 30 seconds and terminal's speed is above Stationary Speed Threshold the output line assiociated with Moving state is switched to active immediately after speed is above the threshold (before the Moving stare is obtained).
