In document 005 AS027 AVL Agent User Guide on page 53 there is the description of the property number 46 FuncDigInp1 which defines Digital input bitmap used when special function inputs are active.
It says:
0 – Disabled
1 - General Purpose
2 - Ignition
3 - Seatbelt
4 - SM1 Active
5 - SM2 Active
6 - SM3 Active
7 - SM4 Active
But in the document 004 M2M0030FS126-AVL desription for the same property is different as below:
0 Disabled
1 GeneralPurpose
2 Ignition
3 Seatbelt
4 IgnitionAndSM0
5 SM1
6 SM2
7 SM3
8 SM4
AVL Agent behaves like the second version (4 IgnitionAndSM0) is correct.
So for configuration: funcDigInp2 = 4 the line controls Ignition and line SM0.
