I added a workaround to a platform bug when using Percent field mapped to Percent parameter when using the Invocable Method via Process Builder. This issue is described here.
James Loghry reports that on na16 this now seems to be resolved, thus the workaround is now causing an incorrect value to be passed to the LittleBits API. So I'm going to remove the hack and if users find the issue still they can use the Workaround listed in the SF known issue.
