Remove Router from Resolver List #152

This program always says that my Airport Extreme is second best. I think the 
program should not say that the router is one of the faster resolvers cause its 
not

If the router has decent hardware, it will often be rated as one of the better 
DNS servers (depending on where it is pointing to). In some cases, it may even 
be the fastest.
