Support the following, either by default or opt-in (through a Parcel environment variable?)

TensorFlow/Mediapipe

[ ] Include source maps, cc https://github.com/afeld/pose/issues/39
[ ] Enable debug mode
[ ] Disable prod mode
[ ] Use CPU backend?

Other

[ ] Start debugger / throw alerts rather than just printing to the console
