Support for DNG files created by HDRMerge #123

Photoflow continuous build, as of 2016-11-19, running on Windows 10 64 bit:

I'm trying to process a DNG file that was created by HDRMerge (v0.5.0). A 16 bit file.

I'm not sure if the current version of PhF is supposed to support such file, but it looks like it experiences some problem: it shows a black screen and the status line at the bottom says "caching" without changing. After a few minutes I stopped it. RT had no problem opening this file. Link to file is here.

This will most likely come with next big releas, together with EXR support and HDR tone mapping.
