Init time to 00:00 if input field is empty #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show dynDateTime with time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I ses current time, but I want 00:00.

What version of the product are you using?
0.2

Hi

Yes, I also want to be able to set the default times. Could anyone please help 
me with this? The default time in my start box should be 00:00 and by end box 
23:59 as I am selecting data between ranges.
