The lib's version currently on Avalonia master branch has duplicate introspection entries when it tries to generate org.a11y.atspi.Accessible

Ah this doesn't seem to happen on the newer version.. Although since KDE crashes with https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/pull/15568 we're now stuck in a loop
