Add a specific "switch button" for the "Referral required?" (http://papermashup.com/jquery-iphone-style-ajax-switch/) to display the 2 options:
If all services are displayed, then a button for 'Display referral filters" should be displayed and the list of the services would also include basic information about referral process.
