We have discussed with Zhiping Weng a while ago. She said it would be more interesting if we look at Histone data instead of TF data.

Fully agree. From the histone data, we can define cell type specific enhancers. It may lead to new biological findings.

To define enhancer, we need H3K27ac, H3K4me1 and H3K4me3. We can define active enhancer and poised enhancer. Are those data publicly available?

Roadmap has lots of data. We don't want to get in enhancer prediction. it is a crowded field. We want to check whether a histone mark can be linked to enrichment of several key TF binding motifs.
