pipeline_description.json #11

I had removed the pipeline_description.json file from the afids-auto-train workflow in #10. I think this might actually be a requirement for BIDSapps, and we should consider putting an updated version of this file back in a better location (e.g. for both workflows).

A quick look at the spec (such as it is) didn't show any requirement for a pipeline_description.json, but maybe I missed it. Can you find a reference for this requirement?

It might not actually be a requirement for BIDS apps, just thought it might have been. I think when I originally made this issue, I was thinking of the dataset_description.json.
