Currently not using snakemake singularity functionality #1

Workflow eating up all memory during synthstrip step. Possibly due to really large singularity contrainer and incorrect usage of container smk functionality and resource allocation.

No an issue anymore given we wont be using that preprocessing profile but can revisit later.
