We felt that we were generally more 'invested' for this M2, in which everyone was more willing to contribute and spend more time to ensure the successful delivery and submission of this M2. Everyone understood and respected the tasks assigned to them and made sure it was of the highest quality; if something is not up to standard, another comes in to assist to improve it. If a diagram invites ambiguity, back to the drawing block. Overall, everyone was interested to do well.
What can be improved from M2?
Time management was still definitely an issue. There were a few tasks that took longer than expected and dragged. Complacency towards the deadline also played a part as we prioritized other modules over this.
What will we commit to improve for the next milestone?
To start early, plan out and divide the roles and tasks as soon as M3 starts. This way everyone will feel tied to their tasks. Additionally, to pressurize teammates when the group's set deadline is not met. The soft approach has not worked before however we will still aim to achieve harmony between one another.
Implement the policy of if one needs help, always voice out. Previous milestones show that some tasks are dragged as members are uncertain of somethings. Therefore, we will be proactive to offer help where needed.
