RelativeTime of 144 blocks != 0x9000 #27

when making a RelativeTime with 144 [Blocks?] the scriptEncoding is not 0x9000 as stated by miniscript. This was when trying out the first script example on this page https://github.com/kallewoof/btcdeb/blob/taproot/doc/tapscript-example.md
