TUV regiona mismatch #129

Can you believe it? TUV is in Oceania but Dismod claims that "could not understand entry for Country ISO3 Code (TUV is not in Oceania)" Maybe it is lost Island. Mehrdad

i don't have population data for TUV. as a workaround, leave the country blank and dismod will use the population structure and other covariates for the whole regions.

i'm closing this bug, but reopen it if you have TUV population and covariate data.
