Feature Request: the ability to only have covariate effects on selected parameters #155

Hi Abie & Jiaji, Just wanted to add to the list of feature requests, the ability to only have covariate effects on selected parameters (I recall a model where there were covariate effects on prevalence, but also incidence, but there were only a handful of data points for incidence, which seemed to contribute to strange results (sorry I don’t recall which disease/model)). Shall I create an issue on github? Cheers, Jed

quick fix (not yet implemented): set very strong prior that the covariate effect is very close to zero
