Bug: generic_disease_model was calculating prevalence incorrectly in ODE solve loop #85

i think this is the cause of the strange results in cannabis, anxiety, and malaria. has the quick fix made the strange results go away?

seems good on test data, and no one has said it is a problem on real data, i'll close for now, reopen if it still seems broken
