VIDEO: scrum is much faster and efficient than waterfall scrum breaks down the process sprint=incremental release; keep repeating until the product is complete (continue to improve product each sprint) product backlog: create the features that could go into the product userstories: I need so that burndown charts so the progress (should approach 0 as work is being completed) sprint=1-3 weeks
