solution is to filter migration files before sorting

Wasn't sure exactly what was changed due to the line ending changes, didn't have time to go through and compare my files to these... but I added the ignoring of non-migrations files in the migrations folder. Updated in npm as v0.0.4

Sorry, for line changing, i did additional commit which returns normal line ending back
