Added support for mongodb 2.x #33

This is similar to pr #30 , but it makes it possible for library to work both for mongodb 1.x and mongodb 2.x - so no downside.

Since creating pr I made forced update of commit. Now I have specified version dependencies in package.json (>=1.3.19 <3.0).
