connectionString property in config. #46

This eliminates the problems with ReplicaSet and allows to use one string for all kind of configurations.

Merged in, it had some conflicts and not a clean PR. I merged best as possible, but don't have any replication sets to test, so if there's any issues please fix and issue a corrected PR. Ref -- #45
