Blue Ocean icons are not themed #161

Blue Ocean's sidebar icon isn't themed, as well as the following Blue Ocean-related icons are not themed:

Here's a screenshot from a build page which shows the current state of things:

This is a bit ironic, since Blue Ocean itself aims to provide a better UI replacement for Jenkins, but in the meantime at least it would be nice to have an icon for this. If I were a better designer, I'd happily submit a PR, but alas, I am not. 😅

The Jenkins 2.5 version style does not take effect. I can't add a CSS file. Use the second method: HTTPS://cdn.rawgit.com/afonsof/jenkins-material-theme/gh-pages/dist/material-green.css Clicking Save will not work.
