This repo still uses cdn.rawgit.com at least in README.md

current: https://cdn.rawgit.com/afonsof/jenkins-material-theme/gh-pages/dist/material-red.css is timing out for me

alternative that works https://raw.githubusercontent.com/afonsof/jenkins-material-theme/gh-pages/dist/material-red.css However content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 is not correct. Maybe GH pages could be used.

edit: https://cdn.rawgit.com was timing out but is now working again
