Static version has still animated progress bar #99

Hi,

I have big performance troubles with the animated CSS in your very good theme. I use Chrome and several times in a day, Chrome is getting nearly unresponsive and use almost 100% CPU.

Closing the tab with Jenkins resolve the problem.

It looks like it is related to the animated CSS. I use https://jenkins-contrib-themes.github.io/jenkins-material-theme/dist/material-static.css as theme.

However, the progress bar has still an animated background. Any way to deactivate this ?
