Menu_ratio of 254 gives gfx2.ini corrupt #286

number 12 occured in file main.c, line 641, function Init_program.
Error: File gfx2.ini is corrupt!
It contains bad values at line 77.
You can re-generate it by deleting the file and running GrafX2 again.

Setting it back to 1 works fine.

Sorry! I had started on issue 284, and the buggy INI loader choked on negative
values. I shouldn't have sent the modified gfx2def.ini
