Highlights:

Code compiled with JDK 1.7
.travis.yml for continuous integration on github
Checkstyle 7.1 (latest) with Google Checks style configuration.
Logging framework using Logback.
New README file with TravisCI integration for master build
Code formatted for indentation based on Google Java Style Guide.
Test Suite re-organized for a better nature package order.
Output folder for test generated files.
Input AFP folder for test purposes.
