Add initialSpeed and maxSpeed for bullets
Add collisionHelper for bullets and enemies
Add decals system to add bullet holes on the walls
Improve collision workflow
Temporarily disable normals "ugly fix" (https://github.com/fernandojsg/a-shooter/issues/38)
