npm metadata build script #7

src/*.json -> script/fetchMetadata.js -> build/*.json

I make heavy use of unpkg.com (formerly npmcdn.com). We just have to pass the NPM name and we can access the package.json. We also don't need to define a full file path to the component, just a relative path from the npm root.

Do you mind updating it with the new design as discussed in the issue, so we could give it a try? :D

I think I'm finished with the initial script. We can add some tweaks later like not having to define path on each version if it hasn't changed and getting more metadata
