super-hands v2.0.0 update #74

bump super-hands major version, add new progressive-controls component in the package

/cc @ngokevin I'm realizing that the inspector will now try to find progressive-controls when running in older versions of A-Frame, where it doesn't exist... I think let's go ahead and merge this regardless, but any ideas how we want to handle it long-term?

Long term, I think I'd scale down the scope of the Registry to remove the versioning stuff (better to have no information than out-of-date information), de-hook from the Inspector, and just be a pretty list of components.
