any WebXR / WebVR chrome://flags enabled? I cannot reproduce the issue in Pixel 3 / Chrome m74

I use the default settings for mobile chrome

There might be something special with your device. https://aframe.io/examples/showcase/anime-UI works as expected in all Android phones I have access to.

Do you have access to any other Android device to try?
