unable to start tesseract

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.first time I worked with this (unable to start tesseract) error and is 
unusable
2.unable to start tesseract
3.Subtitle edit 3.4.4(portable)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi red-eyes!

If you have used the tesseract installer, then uninstall it. After uninstalling 
the tesseract installer, you must still remove the environment variable 
"TESSDATA_PREFIX" (e.g. like this).

Also, you might need the visual studio 2008 c++ runtime: 
http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=5582

I already have everything, as I said before it worked, it seems something is 
wrong with the permissions tesseract.exe
