Update faraday_middleware requirement from ~> 0.12 to >= 0.12, < 2.0 #30

This is FaradayMiddleware 1.0 official release 🎉!

This release officially supports Faraday 1.0. It contains all changes included in the 1.0.0.rc1 release, plus:

  • Increase minimum rake version to 12.3.3 for security reasons

@afrase Is it possible to merge and publish this? I'm unable to install Faraday 1.4 because the current Faraday middleware dependency doesn't support it.
