Change Mutual Aid page format to match the Volunteers page. #37

Current State on https://ethiocovid19rt.com/mutualaid .. the information is presented by embeding an AirTable spreadsheet directly into the page.

Desired State on https://ethiocovid19rt.com/mutualaid .. the information is presented in a similar way to the Volunteers page https://ethiocovid19rt.com/volunteers

The Mutual Aid page will pull data from a Google Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xIQkSbUVoTh94Vsn3wq9cYCemoG3s7LA1Ug-Zt9Q_9k/edit#gid=0 and then put that directly on the Mutual Aid page in a manner which is more consistent with the ECRT website branding.
