This looks good. I have made some minor edits and uploaded it. I also added a couple of comments to query a couple of points. But overall it looks very good and a useful set of steps in using the commands.
This is good, going through it and will give my inputs on any edits necessary

I have added a guide on how to make use of R commands with R-Instat. It is sort of complete in content, but needs checking.
It also needs the corresponding figures to be captured and added to the corresponding Powerpoint collection.
At the same time, if corrections can be made and there could also be suggestions for improvements that would be great.
I hope you find it interesting.
I will be using it in a week's time (from 12 November) with the AIMS students. If necessary it will be in its existing form, but it would be great if it could be improved by then.
Edit: The guide can be found here https://github.com/africanmathsinitiative/R-Instat-Help/blob/master/Reading%2C%20tweaking%20and%20using%20R%20commands.docx
