Hide player when no stories to play #138

If no stories are loaded in the player or the playlist the player will say 'no 
stories to play'. Instead, the player should only show up and be available when 
the user has added something to the player or playlist. If not, it should not 
be rendered at all.

Also, click cleared playlist when the player is expanded should close the 
player and make it disappear.

Will attach mock to make more clear.

Change clear playlist to also clear the player if a stream was being played and 
is currently paused.
NPR to provide wireframes for animation.

Planning to add a settings page in future where this can be changed.
