Merge lustre model work #76

Prior work on the lustre model was maintained on AdaCore's fork - it should be merged into the afrl-rq upstream. Some discussion about where it should live (on a branch? in a differently named folder?) should be had, so this PR is marked as a draft.

Abandoning this. We've decided to move this work to https://github.com/afrl-rq/OpenUxAS_Models/pull/1
