When a data type is created, it pulls in the necessary data types and value sets. But when that value set is deleted, the related data types and value sets are not removed. This creates unnecessary clutter. It would be nice if upon deletion of a data type, any associated data types and value sets which aren't used by another (retained) data type would be removed (it may be prudent to get the user's OK to delete the related data types and value sets just in case the user has other plans for them).
