On the Metadata tab, there is a box labeled Usage Notes (in general, we've agreed that Metadata doesn't get published).
On the Definition tab, there is the usual Pre-Text box too.
But in the export, the Pre-Text content is exported both before the table (which seems reasonable) but also after the table (where it's labeled Usage Note). This latter behavior seems undesirable.
Note that if you have Post-Text, it also gets (rightly) exported after the table.
