Single code Binding -- How to display in the export #2932

How is a single code binding going to be represent in the export? I tried to export in new IGAMT but it does not work.

Will it be in the conformance statement pattern we specified? If it is a CS, then there is no place to put the ID. In the conformance statement specification we provided it is in a predefined pattern, but the specification was not followed. It seems very little in the specification was followed which I don’t understand.
