UI issue -- Need a refresh after pushing Profiles #2950

This is a known issue, I just want to make sure is captured. After pushing to GVT, at the Test Execution panel trying to to load a sample message, I get the following:

It works fine after doing a refresh.

@haffonist the issue is still there. Is not fixed yet.
