More concise formatting of DG index table #11

Hi, currently the DG's index table is quite cluttered with links to each specific section. Perhaps some links can be shortened like Use Case.

Thanks for the bug report. However, this is intentional because as a reader of the developer guide, we feel that it will be more convenient to click on the detailed link to jump straight to the sub-section rather than the whole section itself.
