bug: Text box out of bounds problem #10

The text box to be written to appears to be out of bounds in a posting that does not have any replies. The situation is shown below: image

And I've noticed. https://github.com/afrux/asirem/blob/main/less/forum/TagsPage.less is not adapted to the latest version, causing scrolling the page to bounce back. I hope it's likewise noted and fixed!
