Modify the default device string in the .inf file of the STM32 VCP Windows driver (both for 32/64 bit versions).

Currently it is "STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port", but could be "Dragonfly FCB Com" or similar.

Remake the driver .exe file to include these changes.
