Test receiver code

Test the receiver code:

• Reading of all channels: Pulse and period calculation
• Test input pulses outside of allowed bounds
• IsReceiverActive
• Calibration of receiver max/min levels

This can be tested with following HW

• The transmitter and receiver
• Output timer pins and connect into the receiver pins
• Use a signal generator to generate pulse wave

Set GPIO output on free pins so that the read pulses can be viewed with oscilloscope And/Or print values to the USB COM Port and check with a terminal program
