Receiver calibration and output (getters) review, possible bug #99

It seems there may be some problem with the receiver calibration and/or calculation of the receiver value using the calibration. Review this and test.

This was not a bug. It just needed recalibration. Maybe the stick zero position was altered somehow due to stress.
