Formating not the same, missing the grouping for the ''+'' or ''-'' to collapse and expand

Okay, I worked on the formatting to make sure it was identical to the production template. I also was able to copy-and-paste the outlining from the prod template, so that should be the same now.

deleted unused rows beneath datasets. Those contained outlining that was messing with the structure.
Turned on Subtotaling in each grid. This allows row outlines to be generated on build.
adjusted left padding to 2 (instead of 4).
Turned on 'apply to non-leaf rows' for each grid's formatting flag. This was causing server-built models to not format correctly.

Need to adjust column width for every sheet and remove ''show gridlines''

All Columns (where "Autofit" is enabled) have been narrowed. They will expand to display data after the build has been completed and the template opened on the desktop with the A3 add-in enabled.

Show Gridlines has been unchecked as a Template Property.

Column too narrow. Red cells in leaf level

Did two things: -Locked formulas in formatting rows & locked all cells in rollup/grand formatting rows. -Copied and pasted column widths from Prod model to Dev template.
