Daily Net Invoicing Report TOTAL Company #103

Open AVHuntley opened 1 year ago

Top SKUs sheet currently showing differences client- and server-side. Maybe result of TOPCOUNT? Investigating.

Okay this seems to be working now.

For testing, be aware of the system variable {CurrentYear}. If set to [YR 2023], the first two "Top SKUs" grids will not return any rows, and user will see a pop-up notice about it if building client-side. If set to [YR 2022], the SUMIF formulas in 'Gross Retailer Shipments' (which reference 'TRANX') will not return any values.

I believe i made several changes to the sheets that are showing. could you pull in the template from prod and remigrate. I adjusted several of the tabs.

AVHuntley commented 1 year ago

Remigrated. Should be fresh as of April 20, 2023, 1:18pm ET.

It appears to be a format issue on the sheet2 and TRANX tabs. The numbers are not formatted as numbers.

Can you take a look at this - the two green tabs Net Inv by Day and Gross retailer shipments are not pulling in any data for the sumif formulas. Thanks

Hi - could you take a look - this report has been suppressed this week. I need to send out with the daily breakout as soon as possible - thanks

Hi Jane.... we're looking into it. We'll send you an update as soon as we have something for you.

Hi Jane,

I've saved an updated version of this template to the site. Please test it again to make sure it's working as it should be. I made some changes, and, although I didn't see any side effects, you'll be much better at detecting any.

On the technical side - the changes I made were to the SQL grids on sheets TRANX and Sheet2. There's a current issue where numerical values returned in SQL grids are interpreted as text instead of numbers. I sidestepped the issue by modifying the SQL query to add alias columns that pull the formulas from the default formatting row. Of course, let me know if you'd like it to work at all differently or would like me to explain it.
