This one has changed a little on prod since migration. I have not remigrated. But testing in place confirms submit/refresh seems to be working, and cells are locked appropriately on non/input sheets.

Could you import this template and migrate it - I know there were going to be a lot of changes - that I have now completed

Ahhh shoot. Just finished remigrating. You should be able to use the version history visible in the template > open dialog to pick a prior-saved version if you need to.

(Prod version is untouched, of course!)
