Update EBS Pcod ESP Report Card

• [ ] Indicator updates due October 1
• [ ] Run .rmd of previous report card to update with new indicator data
• [ ] Meeting in early October to discuss newly updated data and review draft report card
• [ ] Identify changes needed and set up and assign tasks that can be accomplished by SAFE internal review date
• [ ] Conduct any necessary changes and anything identified for later should go into "Data Gaps and Research Priorities"
• [ ] Update .rmd and finalize Report Card
• [ ] Short debrief meeting in December to discuss changes for next year and decide report card or sending out a request for indictors

Updated the task list and set dates for tasks within list
