Write function to run all 7 scenarios and produce tables and figures for assessment

[x] Run 7 scenarios
[x] Produce F, Spbiom, and F tables ready for assessment with 7 standard scenarios
[x] Produce table with Fabc/Fofl, OFL, max ABC, and ABC 2 year projection values for assessment summary table
[x] Produce projection figures for all scenarios for assessment document
